Holly Buechel
Holly Buechel is a native of South Orange, NJ and completed her MFA in Video Editing from The City College of New York. Holly won Best Documentary Editing for Talking Drum at Cityvisions and worked as an Assistant Editor on Bully, an Oscar short-list feature documentary. She won a Silver Telly for her Online/Internet Video in Education editing for the NEA’s STEM initiative and produced content for non-profits such as USA Fencing, Girls Scouts USA, Fencing in the Schools, and Blue Engine. Commercially, Holly has edited for brands such as Samsung, GoPro, and Food Network and won a Gold ADDY award for her work with the Arizona Tourism Commission. Holly directed her love for filmmaking and fencing in her first feature-length documentary, Fencing for the Edge, set for PBS in 2026.

Dan Guando
Dan Guando is the Executive Vice President, Head of Film Creative at FIFTH SEASON, where
he oversees the feature development slate and productions that include THE LOST
DAUGHTER, CHA CHA REAL SMOOTH, FLORA AND SON, BOOK CLUB: THE NEXT
CHAPTER, and the upcoming NONNAS, FRIENDSHIP, SHE RIDES SHOTGUN, and
ANNIVERSARY. Prior to FIFTH SEASON, Dan was the US Head of Film at The Weinstein
Company, where he oversaw the acquisition, production, and release of dozens of films
including THE IMITATION GAME, LION, THE ARTIST, FRUITVALE STATION,
SNOWPIERCER, BLUE VALENTINE, and SING STREET. Dan is a member of the Academy of
Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and was selected as one of Variety’s Most Influential New
Yorkers in Entertainment and Media.

Lynn (Farscht) Jaeger
You may know Lynn Jaeger as the co-founder of the Millburn Film Fest started April 11, 2012. Lynn co-chaired the event for 7 years, now she continues to advise the committee members. She attended SUNY Stony Brook where she received a BA in Psychology and went on to work as a medical sales representative before raising her two children in Millburn. As her son Kyle grew into a filmmaker, Lynn was inspired to start Film Fest, so young filmmakers had a place to showcase their hard work. With his help, she learned to edit trailers and reels for the festival. Lynn has co-written a comedy feature film "Parent's Weekend" with her son, and it is currently in pre-production. She was thrilled to be a judge this year as Millburn FIlm Fest holds a dear place in her heart and grew her love, passion, and appreciation for how hard students work to create magic for the big screen.

Joe Kernen
Joe Kernen is co-anchor of “Squawk Box” (M-F, 6AM-9AM ET), CNBC’s signature morning program. It is a fast-paced, irreverent look at the world of Wall Street, and the longest running show on the network. Kernen is based in CNBC’s global headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, N.J.

Jill Letteney
Jill Letteney is an award-winning screenwriter, filmmaker, and creative producer working across film, games, and interactive media. Her short film Scout has earned accolades including Best Screenplay, Best Concept, and Best Film.
As a producer at FableVision Studios, Jill creates videos, animations, and award-winning educational games. An active Harvard alum, she also leads a talented community of screenwriters and filmmakers dedicated to honing their craft and advancing their careers.
Jill lives in Livingston with her husband and two kids- who out-create her daily. Not that she’s jealous or anything…

Alexis Robie
Alexis Robie is an award-winning documentary producer and development executive, known for his work in true crime and justice storytelling. He began his career under cinéma vérité icon Albert Maysles and was an early pioneer of “video journalism,” helping shape the access-driven, follow-doc style that defines much of today’s nonfiction TV. Robie has produced or overseen hundreds of hours of programming, including multiple seasons of A&E’s critically acclaimed The First 48. He has also developed and showrun series such as Holy Marvels, First Blood, Homicide Squad Atlanta, The Killer Speaks, The Case That Haunts Me, The Interrogators, and Runaway Squad. His latest project, The Serial Killer’s Apprentice, premieres later this year. A graduate of Brown University and Columbia Journalism School, Robie lives in Maplewood with his family—and encourages everyone to go to the movies.
