Thematically, this short film is about liminality, or horror in empty places that should be crowded. Throughout the entire movie, the main character Cyrus is walking alone. Even though he can hear his parents' argument, his parents aren't seen physically, showing his isolation. As he attempts to ignore the effect his parents are having on him, a being stalks him, reminding him of his parents. The being forces Cyrus to realize that he can't escape his parents.

This is a documentary about my family, the Moorjanis, and how my ancestors escaped British Partition. My family is Sindhi which is an ethnolinguistic group from the Sindh region of Pakistan, a region which used to be part of India. This documentary discusses the lasting effects of Partition on Sindh culture and my family as well as India's role on the world stage. In the modern day I don't think we've discussed Partition's effects on various ethnolinguistic groups as much as we should. This documentary is my attempt to remember the consequences of Partition and the "ghosts" in my family.

A group of students gathers to brainstorm ideas for a science fair project, but as the only girl in the group suggests an innovative idea, she's repeatedly interrupted and dismissed by her male peers. Frustrated, she leaves after one of them repackages her idea as his own. The film concludes with a striking statistic about the gender gap in STEM and a call to action: to listen, support, and empower women in science. This short, dialogue-driven piece highlights everyday gender bias and aims to spark conversation around equity, respect, and representation in academic and professional spaces.
